Light pole production process

Made of Q235 steel
It has good plasticity, weldability, and formability, effectively ensuring the strength of each light pole.
Light pole welding section
Every weld joint on the light pole undergoes tight treatment. Each process involves grinding and slag removal, and undergoes three PC inspections. Only when there are no missing or incomplete welds can the next process proceed.

The galvanized portion of the light pole
The light pole is covered with hot-dip galvanized steel. The zinc layer is dense and free of organic impurities, effectively resisting atmospheric and chemical corrosion.
Powder Coating of Light Poles
Powder coating is the second step in the anti-corrosion process for light poles. It involves spraying color onto the light pole; the color and style can be customized according to customer requirements.
