Product Features
1. Corrosion resistance and rust resistance
Galvanized steel street light poles are treated with hot-dip galvanizing and have good anti-corrosion ability, which can effectively resist the erosion of environmental factors such as acid rain and salt spray. In addition, the surface is treated with electrostatic spraying to enhance the oxidation resistance and adapt to different climate environments, especially in coastal or industrial pollution areas, with a longer service life.
2. Strong wind resistance
Galvanized steel street light poles are made of steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 1.8 mm to 20 mm. Thicker steel plates can better withstand external wind force. In addition, the galvanized steel street light poles are made of automatic arc welding technology, and the welding parts are strong and defect-free. They can withstand wind speeds of up to 160 km/h, ensuring stable operation under extreme weather conditions.
3. Surface treatment and coating
After the surface of the galvanized steel street light pole is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, it is also sprayed with powder coating, using pure polyester powder, and the color provides a variety of options according to the RAL standard. Hot-dip galvanizing forms a protective film by attaching the zinc coating to the surface of the steel, effectively preventing the steel from direct contact with corrosive substances such as air, moisture, and salt spray, and preventing rust; the high-density, seamless structure formed by the cured coating of pure polyester powder coating not only prevents moisture intrusion, but also prevents color fading.
4. Welding and quality standards
The welding complies with CWB and BS EN15614 international welding standards, and the internal and external double-sided welding ensures strength and stability. Galvanized steel street light poles comply with international certification standards such as CE, ISO9001, ROHS, and CQC to ensure reliable quality.
5. Optional shapes and designs
The shape of the galvanized steel street light pole can be customized according to customer needs. Common shapes include conical, octagonal, rectangular, tubular stepped, etc. The design of the bracket/arm can be single or double.
