Opening Statement

Two architectures. Two performance profiles. One intelligent choice.

Solar floodlight performance isn't just about wattage-it's about how the system adapts to your specific site conditions. Sun exposure, mounting location, and space constraints all matter.

Our product line splits cleanly into two architectural approaches, each optimized for different real-world scenarios.

  All-in-One Split Type
Architecture Fully integrated single unit Distributed two-component system
Optimized For Sites with consistent sun, clean aesthetics Sites requiring orientation flexibility or higher output
Panel Articulation None (integrated) Full independent adjustment
Scalability 20W – 100W 50W – 500W+
What is a Solar Floodlight?
Definition

A solar floodlight is a self-contained outdoor lighting system that harvests solar energy during daylight, stores it in rechargeable batteries, and automatically illuminates at night-with zero grid connection required -1.

Unlike traditional floodlights that demand trenching, cabling, and ongoing electricity bills, solar floodlights offer:

No electrical infrastructure – Ideal for remote locations

Automatic operation – Dusk-to-dawn functionality built-in

Zero operating cost – Free energy after installation

How It Works

Daytime: Solar panel converts sunlight to electricity, charges battery

Dusk: Light sensor automatically activates LED

Night: Battery powers LED according to selected mode

Dawn: System auto-shuts, recharging begins

Core Components
Component Function Typical Specs
Solar Panel Captures sunlight Monocrystalline/Polycrystalline, 6V-18V
Battery Stores energy LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate)
LED Luminaire Provides illumination 20W-500W, 150LM/W
Controller Manages system PWM/MPPT, auto + remote control

Two Configurations Compared

All-in-One Solar Floodlight
Ideal for residential gardens, pathways, quick retrofits, and compact spaces.

Key Features:

Integrated design – Panel, battery, and light in one housing

Fixed panel angle – Optimized for general use

Built-in battery – Pre-wired, no assembly needed

One-step installation – Mount and done

Power options: 20W – 100W

What Works Well:

Simple setup – No cables to connect between components

Small footprint – Single unit on wall or pole

Budget-friendly – Fewer parts, simpler production

Looks neat – No wires showing

What to Keep in Mind:

Panel angle moves with the light – can't adjust separately

Power tops out at 100W

Shade on the panel affects performance

Split-Type Solar Floodlight
Ideal for commercial sites, shaded locations, high-power needs, and pole mounting.

Key Features:

Separate design – Panel connected to light via cable

Adjustable panel – Can face optimal sun direction independently

Battery options – Separate or integrated with light

Two-part installation – Requires cable routing

Power options: 50W – 500W+

What Works Well:

Panel can face true south – independent of where light points

Higher power capacity – Handles bigger batteries and panels

Works with shade – Panel can go in sunniest spot

Great for tall poles – Light up high, panel at accessible height

What to Keep in Mind:

More pieces to install

Cable between panel and light is visible

Higher upfront cost
